Is there a way to attribute CTRL V (Key combinaison) to single key

Hello

I got a Microsoft multimedia keyboard, with many key that I don't use. I know I could program them to start a program or reach a given site.

But, is it possible to code a keyboard key to execute a key combination like "CTRL V"

I had use AHK many years ago. Will see if I can still code with it. Best thing will be to have it directly within my keyboard, without having to load a patch over it.
