Solved KB2446708 Additional log on information may be required

When I install KB2446708 I get after the system start the popup "Additional log on information may be required". I uninstalled it and it seems to be gone.

What is this good for and how can I avoid it when this fix is installed?

Thank you very much. Uninstalling and re-installing KB2446708 fixed this problem.
