Hi, This sounds funny but when I try to insert an @ into a email address I get ". I have tried another keyboard but it is still the same. The only way I can get an @ is by hitting the " key and vice versa. Sounds ridiculous, what can I do? Thanks.:o

Could be because you have U.S. instead of U.K.. Try this - Control Panel > Clock,Language,Region > Language , change from U.S. to U.K.. You may have to reboot.

Your System Specs are quite skimpy so this is kinda "throwing in the dark" But if you're using a wireless keyboard try pushing the re-connect.

Is this a new problem that has just started? If so, have you tried a system restore to before when this happened? Additionally, have you ran a sfc /scannow?
