Hi new user here, my RTM copy used to go to standby and wake up fine but recently when I try to power it up the machine will appear to start up, but my screen, keyboard and mouse do not wake up, also my wifi light does not turn on either.

The only way to get on to my pc is to do a hard restart.

I believe this might help:

The report points to my wifi card being the source of the problem yet I have tried disabling it and the same occurs.

Any help is appreciated!

Looks like is something about your USB wireless adapter.
Try unplug it first and after that put laptop to sleep. See if you get same problem.

It's a long shot, but you might try enabling Hybrid Sleep (if available) in Advanced Power Settings (or disabling if it is presently enabled). Enabling Hybrid Sleep cured a similar problem for me with a laptop using an SSD.

I read about this somewhere and tried to but I can't find hybrid sleep anywhere in the advanced settings, is it disabled on my computer or am I looking in the wrong place?
