Solved Latest tutorial for reinstating Winmail (vista ver. in Win 7pro x64

I just completed a clean/install of win7 pro x64 & now I want to reinstate winmail (vista version). I've been using it for years but I'm not sure what is the best tutorial to use. . Do i still need to take control of the winmail folder in 7 pro & replace it with Vista winmail files/folders. What I currently have & tried unsuccessfully is the TutRewinmail & win74sumszip folders in my download files. perhaps I just messed up but Thought it best to ask you pros before trying this same tutorial.(if i'm correct my existing tutorial does not mention the need to replace winmail 7 files with the Old vista winmail files. Thank you for any advice/comments.
