Solved Logged on temporary profile, registry editing not help

Hi, I have a problem starting from this Morning. I tried to log on my Windows 7 Account. But, when I was waiting for my desktop to load. The "Welcome" text changed into "Preparing your desktop", As I know that this text will only shows when a new Account log in for first time. When I logged, It popped up a balloon with "You've been logged on Temporary Profile". I have no Restore point created before because This morning before the problem start, I have a CBT and I don't think that this will lead a problem.

My Question is : How to repair my Account to be able to log on normally (I am Admin)?

Another Problem is : I've tried to repair my Account by Registry Editing then Restarting and it doesn't work.

Thanks for your help Brink, my user folder name was changed to random digits by some sort of malware, I've get rid the malware and back to my Account. You truly save my Windows' life.
