I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I've just built a new system which includes Logitech G19 keyboard. After installing Windows7 x64, I installed the newest drivers for the G19 keyboard. Afterwards when I installed a DVD into the burner to test it, autoplay started playing the movie with "no sound". If I close Windows media player, restart it and then start the movie, it works fine. Only if "autoplay" starts the DVD, I get no sound. I then removed the Logitech G19 software and everything is fine again. Since it was a fresh install I started over again. Installed Windows7 again, installed "no updates" this time and checked Windows media player. Started and autoplayed the DVD just fine. Then I installed the G19 software and the problem came back. I contacted Logitech support and they tried to play it off on 1) I need codecs, 2) it's a media player problem etc. Until I told them it was a fresh install and it was their software causing the problem. They recommended I roll back to previous versions of their software, which also doesn't work. How can this be no one else has noticed this? It's not that big of a deal, just when you build a new system with a new operating system, you want everything perfect. Any ideas? Sorry post is so long and thanks in advance.
