Loosing Disk Space on System Update

You either get a bigger drive, install another drive to store things on or remove things from the "C" drive/partition you have. Their are no magic tricks.

okay, before posting here i used said software to clear 6 GIG, but it has been rotting away. I now struggle to keep 1 GB, HELP!!!! I need a solution before i run out of hard drive space!!!!!
It will eventually collapse on top of me, making me incapable of doing my everyday thing!

You should clean that Users folder some, copy unused/less frequently accesses files to an external to make space.

Post another screenshot of C:\Users\youraccount

also notice C and Users modified dates are 2021 ?!

Click the + icon to the left of a folder name, that will expand the folder so you can see where the most used space is in the folder.
You need to "drill-down" that way to see what you have, and decide what you need ...
As GokAy said, look at Users first, that's where most of your space is used.

You also have 23.1 GB used in Program Files.
To me that's a lot, I'm using 5.8 GB on a Win7 OS that was installed over 5 years ago, 100+ programs installed.
Take a look in that folder for what uses a lot of space.
Some programs you need may normally use a lot of space there, but check it out.

How much space are you allowing Symantec logging to take?

Do you have even a rough estimate of how much of the 126 GB in C:\users is personal data--videos, mp3, Word docs, Excel docs, pictures?

You have 23 GB in program files. I've got less than 2. What percentage of your apparently many programs have you used in the last 3 months? The last 3 years?

pagefile.sys is within that 29 files, 2.9GB for OP. The rest I have no idea, hiberfil.sys perhaps?

Mine is 15 files, 1GB total. (pagefile 600MB)

Here are the most odd-looking files
Hyberfill.sys 2.2 GB
1 GB per 4 Symantec Log folders
7.8 GB inside Winsxs Folder
3.6 GB inside installer folder

Hmm, as we have pointed out before it is your user files.

The ones you list there are alright apart from Symantec Log folders (perhaps some setting within application to limit logs?)

Transfer some files from Users folder to an external HDD (like 20-30 GB) and see how much space will be lost.
