Mac and parallels

I just updated parallels and I am getting a message that my copy of Windows 7 is not genuine.

Can you help? Where do I go to fix the problem.

I am new to Windows on my Mac...

You must buy the "genuine" copy of the OS, where did you get it?

You need to activate it. Click on the key (or search activation) and activate. If it doesn't work, do it by phone.
