Is that not what they are doing? just customizing their copy of windows 7?
sorry to jump in with such a first post, but why wouldn't someone looking to customise their windows 7 OS, even to make it look like XP, not come to a forum entitled "windows 7 Forums >Windows 7 help and support> Customization"
