hi everybody... Since 1 month I am trying to solve this problem or just find a solution but I can't. I was using vista 64bit before using w7 perfectly later when w7 released I found a copy and installed it but a boring problem occured. After window starts nearly 15 minutes no problem, but later hdd light freezing on and w7 stop working for 20 seconds and after again works and again stop.... with vista no problem but w7.... Please help because I asked All internet nation but I cannot solve this problem....

where did you 'find' this copy? and what kind of problem was the 'boring' problem?
If it had a problem during install, that could be the culprit. Please enlighten us.

are you running win 7 64bit? was it a clean install or upgrade? what version of win 7 is it (7600)? etc

Start menu search box. Type services.msc. Hit enter. Now disable and stop the Windows Search service. Good luck.

What build # & Version of the Win_7 ?
x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) ?
Where did you get the iso file from ?
How did you burn the DVD ? At a slow x4 speed ? with Verify checked !
Any Over Clocking of ram or cpu ?
Best to have 2gb ram or less for initial install !
Suggestion, remove everything not essential to loading Win_7, from the system.
No printers, gamepads, second monitors, scanners, external devices, flash drives etc...
Connection between Video card & Monitor works best for install with a standard VGA cable !
Do you have a single OS on your computer or are you multi-booting ?
Are you using USB or eSATA to connect to any external HD's ?
How many HD's are connected to you system ? IDE or SATA ?
How many DVD drives are connected to your systen ? IDE or SATA Drives ?
When you see HD's in Disk Management is there a yellow triangle and explanation point ?
Do you have a single OS on your computer already or are you planing on multi-booting?
Or is this a New Clean HD ? Have you pre-formatted the HD ?

Have a look in Administrative Tools>Event Viewer and then in Custom Views>Administrative Events.

Please let me know if an event was logged when the system stopped working.

at first I'have installed x64 7200 which I took from a friend (He had installed this one and told me it was working like a charm) when problem occured I backed to vista 1 month later I downloaded a new w7 from internet (with torrent) it's pre-activated and x86. There is something wrong with my computer options or hardware but I can't find, actually I suppose, there is a incompatiblity between w7 and my conputer but I can't solve...

we cant support an image you got from a torrent. Its not legal and we have no way of knowing what is included or left out. we have no idea how to fix it. also discussing things that arent legit may get you banned

maybe you will have better luck with the verson of W7 you can buy on 10/22/2009
