Memory Mismanagement BSOD

I've had this error three times but it's happened twice today, the first time it occurred I ran Memtest and walked away. After I came back I had noticed that were was no fault with my RAM, however the error seems to occur randomly (I haven't had this issue with XP). I am running Windows 7 Build 7100 and have the minidumps from today that I will attach to my post and can upload the previous two if it is required. Any help on this problem would be great before it becomes serious one.

To cut a long story short, MS has not provided something ("symbols") which is necessary for the proper analysis of memory dumps from your machine, and that makes things a bit tougher. I have reason to believe that your somewhat aged video driver was involved in at least one of the two crashes, and quite possibly both:

I'd suggest updating the video driver and then monitoring the situation.

Well, come to think of it, the problem first occurred when I was watching videos, but it is an old computer by today's standards anyway.

So i'll go and hunt down a more recent driver for my ATI Radeon 9550 graphics card, thanks for the help H2SO4.

DDR1 isn't just old it's ancient. Good luck with that problem, hope you figure it out.
