I'm trying to record a video in game with commentary, however the background noise on the mic is ridiculous (This isn't just in the video)

I'm using the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion PCI-E sound card. I'm using my front panel mic and I do not use the onboard sound at all and have it disabled.

I want to get the background noise removed but I don't know how to get this done :(

Can anyone help? it'll be much appreciated :)

Thanks

Not sure if this will help, it was all I could find on the net regarding your issue...
'Get some light background music, play it very faintly, background noise can be offputting'
