Microsoft Security Essential, Windows Security Center & Windows Defender (MSE, WSC & WD)

MSE was working when I installed it last year or early this year until now.
It is not working as when I tried to open it, it just shuts down in 1-2 seconds.
Windows Defender and Windows Security Center won't open either.
Some links in Google came up as random address and just shows as blank page.

I've tried to do this:-
- Reinstalling MSE.
- Restarting the computer.
- Ran CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Spyware Blaster.
(Some removed the virus of some sorts, not too sure what it is.)

I am currently running Microsoft Safety Scanner at the moment to see if it fix this.

System OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.

I came to Google, tried to find solutions and I am unavailable to find any so I decided to post here, hopefully you guys can help.

Thanks!

Boot safe mode when cleaning with malwarebytes. It makes it work better at cleaning stuff out.
After you are SURE the virus is completely gone it may be best to uninstall/reinstall MSE.

How do I do the 'Boot Safe Mode'? Please explain.

I'm not quite sure but some of the programmes I ran removed some of the things.

It seems that Microsoft Safety Scanner worked because after I did the scan, it restarted and now my MSE is up and working again when I reinstalled it. However, my WSC still won't open.

Scanning the PC with MSE at the moment. Will do the Boot F8 soon after this.

Ok, I've done the Boot F8. MSE is now fully working and has green icon in system tray, however the Window Security Center still won't open. How do I solve this please?

All solved. Thanks anyway :)!

I'm guessing you used system restore to a point before it started after sorting the basics?
Just curious we like to have final resolution in these threads for people that run into them in the future.

To solve the Windows Security Center, I found an solution from the Google which was going to the services.msc and then right click the Security Center to the Properties and change the startup type to Automatic and the Service Status to Start then restart the computer and it should solve the problem.
