Hello, I think my problem might be kind of standard but I'm not sure. A few months ago I had my first BSOD, and then would get maybe one every 10-14 days or so. Nothing major, and usually the computer had been running for several hours so I assumed maybe it was an overheating problem or something. However recently the crashes have become more frequent, until recently I've had several within an hour or twon. Obviously this is annoying, and I was hoping someone here would be generous enough to help. I've tried myself, but am really not that great when it comes to the technical side of Windows.

System information:

The maching is an HP dv7 3020sa laptop.
I am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
The system came installed on the laptop, and is the initial install. The install is maybe 9 months old, as i bought the laptop november last year or so.

I have attached a .zip file including a perfmon .html file and a folder containing the results from the BSOD dump app which I downloaded from your BSOD posting guideline thread.

I am currently running zonealarm and AVG, both of which I've seen are maybe potential causes of this problem. Would uninstalling them be enough? I'm not overly keen to reinstall windows if I can avoid it. If there's anything more I can do to be helpful please say.

Thanks for your time!

AVG has caused many BSOD's from what I read here in 7.
You can run 2 AV's at a time but AVG is not one of them
I use MSE as my primary AV and Avast on a monthly basis.
Try uninstalling AVG and use zone alarm or try MSE AV(Free) and see if BSOD goes away.
