Guy said that he replaced the chip which got damaged.

Got the system yesterday.. till now no BSODs.

I wasn't able to help much. But thanks for your thanks

Its been 2 weeks since my Onboard VGA chip has been replaced. No BSODs till now, seems issue has been resolved. So VGA was the cause of the BSODs. Hope this does not come back again.

Will mark this thread as solved.
