My computer has crashed.

What happens if factory reset won't work? It either won't start, or it just ends up kinda crashing or not working. If it does manage to work, it crashes at 8%.

Hello there, ok, first of all, how did the PC crashed? BSOD? what do you mean by it crashes at 8%? 8% of what? please elaborate more your issue so we can help you easily

I had a virus, which I thought I got rid of, but either the virus crashed my computer or trying to get rid of it crashed my computer. When I try factory reset with the repair disk, it stops at 8%.

When I start up, it goes right to the blue screen where it says "Boot" and (F11) and that stuff. Then it goes to "BOOTMGR IS MISSING WINDOWS 7" when I try to start up. Windows 7 was the only thing on my computer.

It will not go past any of that.
