My look on Build 7100

I like this build, works flawlessly other then the occasional blue screen stating 'power state failure' lol
Other than that nice fast build

For me 7100 is not as good as 7077.

There are a few things I have noticed.

1) Graphical "waits" when updating something on the screen, fx the Aero app-switching-thingy. It doesn't happen very often though!

2) When using small icons on the taskbar and moves it to another edge of the screen, then is looks like the space for the normal icons is allocated. The gab between the small and normal sized taskbar seems blurry. In case I have the taskbar on the top of the screen, I cannot see the close button of a maximized application. I have attached a pic of it.

Also a pic of how it looks after moving the taskbar around.

I agree with you here, i thought it was just me. Yes, the 3d flip takes longer to "initialize" on screen. Also the tablet features are buggy and slow at times, especially loading/closing.

7100

I had no problem downloading Windows 7100 except net disconnections. After some unsuccessful attempts to install it I luckily discovered that its in zip (rar) format. I am quite happy after using it for 36 hours. Earlier I had 7057 which too worked fine.
I have yet to discover anything new in it, All drivers installed ok. I have yet to find the icon of " Realtech audio" . lol
Thanks MS.;)

I have been running 7100 both x86 and x64 on four systems since Friday morning. I have not a single issue with any of my computers and laptops. This build works just as well as build 7077 did. I can't see a real difference except I did not have to mess around with drivers and compatibility settings. Everything works. I did clean installs on three computers and an upgrade on my main laptop from 7077. That went without a hitch also. Very stable and it feels very stable. :)
