I had this issue a while back. I just started the pc in safe mode and easy. My files went without any hassle

I did print the instructions on how to remove a file via the cmd window; just in case...

No problem, nice to know I helped. Pretty easy solution to what seemed an difficult problem. I also spent while with permissions and stuff but no result when i first came across the issue. !!!SOLVED!!!
