I have the win 7 update disk and I want to repair noskrnl.exe. The regular recovery would not fix ie. So I want to use the command prompt in repair. First off x=sources ? What do I put there. Also if you could give me the list of commands in the order to do this./ Any help would be appreciated.

Want I wanted to do was to use my win 7 64 bit upgrade disk to expand the ntoskrnl.exe into my OS to try and fix it. But now I don't know if that's the total problem. Since I been having BSOD's I ran mem test, reseated all my ram and graphics card and sound card. Ran sfc/scan now to no avail. I did notice also when I tried to update my AMD drivers for my graphics card.it hasn't installed properly since I been having BSOD"s. I am attaching the .zip report so that there is a possibility that I can get out of this mess with the least damage.

You cant use the upgrade disk to fix it as the files will be old you would need to have a disk at the same service pack and update as the pc or it would be wrong ile and make things worse. Run these as they give us more info

If you have a backup with an imaging software I would try rerunning sp1 and then you may have to do updates but that will replace all system files Remove any software you dontuse as you have loads of things installed

I use Malwarebytes all the time to scan. I found nothing. Also I have Windows 7 upgrade disk which doesn't have SP1. I have SP1 installed but got rid of SP1 update long ago. so I can't uninstall it. So I can ONLY do a clean install right ?
