Need Help! Failed to load windows 7

I have acer travelmate 8372

- on start up acer logo is showing up, but after that black screen
i cant acces "safe mode" even acer boot recovery i tried everything. i have important files in my laptop.
but i can only acces insyhd20 utility system.

can someone help me? please!
