Windows 7 failed to connect service (Have tried everything) need help

She's a old girl from 2012 but has worked perfect until now.

Hi everyone,

I have tried everything to fix the issue and I'm completely lost? it happened after trying a windows update. I thought I fixed everything but I didn't know about the update issue and after a reboot it started again.

I've tried these methods from looking online and here's what I tried.

-Reset winsock (many times in safe mode & logged in)
-Edit registry (it didn't put everything in order
-Clean Boot Troubleshooting
-system restore
-re image (I didn't pay and removed the program)

I guess I made a major mistake and used CC Cleaner and cleaned the registry after the first time I fixed it. I have used that program before and nothing happened.

Here's my logs too, it happened around the 15th-16h, those kernel are me manual turning off the computer I think.

Before visiting staples or best buy and getting (we need to reinstall windows answer) I thought I would ask here instead of taking the easy way out.

Welcome to the forum. It's not very clear you can't connect to the internet is that the problem? Open a cmd prompt type

Ipconfig /all

Then
Tracert 194.119.131.66

I'm not really sure the issue? I'm using that computer right now on the internet so I don't know why I'm getting can't connect to services. my main screen looks like my using XP

The TRACERT command has nothing to do with remote access, so don't worry.

How would I find that? I thought my logs would help.


I looked what WMI means and rebuilding everything, should I go that next step.

No worry's hope we can figure out this issue.


Wish I could help others more on the site after this, everthings been good with windows 7 until now and I don't really touch other settings.

Please download and save FRST 64bit or FRST 32 bit to your Desktop.

Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Make sure that Addition option is checked.
Press Scan button.
It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
Please copy and paste log back here.
The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.

Hi, so what are my options? I've always used an anti-virus from Kaspersky to Norton and have never found anything.

One of the problem is if you have more than one Av type product that they block each other and none work its worth doing the onnlinescan as you have strange things running from temp folders. Online scans have a massive database those on a pc dont have such are large data base as it woyld take u to much disk space

Okay, I'm running the scan now. it has found 32 things so far. would you like me to post the results or just click clean afterwards.
