Solved Need Help with enable(ing) virtualization on firmware

like the title says all i know is what i filled in on sys specs

yes i know that so far but....... i have enabled it (i think)
but it doenst work (on windows 8.1 for enableing Hyper v)

okay that worked i got i working (so far ) Thanks so far

now i get this when i start it:
