I have not had a BSOD after I uninstalled ZoneAlarm. Now I have no 3rd party firewall software installed at all. I downloaded a free one from Comodo after I read good things about it, but haven't installed and tested it yet. The built-in OS firewall isn't that bad either, is it ...

The Windows 7 Firewall seems to be quiet good. It might actually be better then some third party products.
But by default Windows 7 doesn't contain an antivirus software. So after I uninstalled ZoneAlarm Extreme Security I added Microsoft Security Essentials.
