I recently restarted my laptop a few days ago, and my laptop has not been connecting to the internet ever since. I am using a WEP connection.

I manually re-entered all the information needed to connect, still no luck.
I COMPLETELY disabled the Bounjour service.
I am stuck with that annoying yellow "!" icon.
I restarted my router a million times already.
I am currently using a desktop on the same network, and my phone is also connected through wifi to the network I am trying to access.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I've also attached a picture of my problem.

Looking at your ipconfig I see that you have manuualy set the ip address and it shows that there is anothere device using that ip address which is why it says duplicate next to the ip address.
You can't have more then 1 device using the same IP address, each device must have its own IP address.

Set the pc for DHCP and then reboot, check to see if it will now connect, if not post a new pic of the ipconfig so that we can see what things look like with DHCP turned on.

Hi Litez and Welcome to Seven Forums,

I highly agree with mpg1964, pls. change the Fixed IP to DHCP, that might resolve your issue. I would recommend a reboot after. Here's How:
Change TCP/IP settings

Please post an update.
