Hey everyone, I am looking for a little help troubleshooting a sudden problem. I've searched the site for this specific problem but didn't come across anything helpful so I apologize if this is redundant.

I'm trying to troubleshoot something and I wonder if any of you know, off hand, what I am missing.

I've got 3 computers using Windows7, my computer acting as the "Home" for a homegroup allowing us to share files, data, etc. Yesterday our modem was replaced and now I am the only one who can see the homegroup and the data contained therein.
Troubleshooting wizard is indicating that is is a network problem which leads me to believe that perhaps something to do with our change in modem. Any ideas on how I can get the homegroup to show again?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

This type of problem is typical when replacing hardware.

You should first leave the Homegroup on all machines. After that create a new Homegroup on your home machine and rejoin from all other machines. That should fix the problem. :)

maybe take a screen snip of the homegroup page you can see on the "home" computer (before you leave the homegroup on all computers), so you can re select them easily to add to the share with homegroup.
