new windows installation but no internet access

Hi Everyone,

I installed new windows 7 to my PC but I noticed that I couldn't access to the Internet.
i have a yellow rectangle interjection inside and it's say " Undefined Network" " No Internet Access"

- I connect to the internet throw a LAN cable connected to router, i have three computers connected to this router two of them are ok with the connection and got an internet access except this PC.

i tried to reinstall the windows with formatting the C drive but it didn't work !!!

I searched in this forum for similar problem but i couldn't.

please try to help me.

Can you provide ipconfig /all details from this problem PC. Just want to see what IPs you got. I'm tempted to think you may have a MAC cloning issue.

I think there is no problem with MAC

any way I attached screen shot for " ipconfig /all"

I tried now to connect to another network throw cable from my neighbor internet router, it is same problem.

I think the issue is with windows version!!!


any help please ???????????
