No Audio Output Device is installed after upgrading to Windows 8.1

I was on Win 7 now I am on Win 8.1 and im getting that error , I dont have sound!!!!! :mad:

You need the Win 8.1 driver. If what you have is in your My System Specs, check with C-Media (or whoever the card vendor is) for a Win 8.1 driver.
