No internet after installation

Hi,
I have a Lenovo Z570. I just created a bootable windows 7 iso and installed it on my computer. But for some reason there is no internet, even when i connect to a cable, and the appearance is really ugly and stretched with no aero. I went to the lenovo site and looked at drivers, but when i put one on a usb and tried to install it it would say

InstallShield Wizard Aborted
This platform is not compatable with intel(R) Wireless Display or the application is in use. Please see the log for more details.

Any ideas?

MaZaMo, welcome to the forums. You should start with getting the drivers for your motherboard, lan drivers chipset etc. Do you have the disc that came with your computer, it should have the drivers you need to get started.

No, my computer came with no disks. That's why i had to burn an iso to install windows.

Using another computer, Download the Machine Drivers from the Site below and put them on a USB Stick. Load the drivers into the new installation from the USB Stick.
