
You may still want to try the Recovery Disk Creator to see if that will work for you or consider ordering one to have onhand just in case you are not able to repeat the same success at some later time however. Good to hear the "long shot" I referred to actually worked.Thanks everyone for all of your suggestions and help. I was able to fix my computer without paying the money for the recovery disks. All I had to do was turn the computer off and thenturn the computer on while holding the 0 (Zero) key down. This started the recovery process again. After running the recovery again everything is back the way it was.
