Try it again but do not use 7Zip .. It should extract and Install
Then it can not find the Wireless Device .. There used to be an Orange or Blue light that shows the Wireless is on ?
There are no lights now ?
You gave me the Model Number R830 should be some more letters after that ?
Seems that some thing has caused the Device to malfunction ..
You could try Re-Installing Windows not sure that would help though ..
Or you could try removing the Card yourself and reseating it
I think your best Option would be to get a USB Wireless Adapter .. They are cheap enough only 15 Pounds ..
Do not think it would be worth your while getting the Laptop repaired ..
