Everything worked perfectly until the power went down in whole street for few minutes. after that i powered back my pc and i got this error since then. when i click "open network and sharing center". in the connection area it shows "Unknown",and under it its says: "The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion"

i tried netsh winsock reset.

i tried to add Administrators group to localservice and network service and its says that its already there.
i even tried to delete them and re add them to the group and its still does not work.

the only thing that sorta made a progress is Windows Repair program. i set it up to repair network and i could use the internet now but still i have this message that there are no internet connections.

I tried reinstalling the network card and it did not help either. Any idea's?

i am using windows 7 64 bit.

A little more info would be helpful about your setup

1) How are you connecting to the internet. Through a modem or a router?
2) Do any other devices work?
3) Can you please update your system specs so we can help you find drivers, just in case that is the issue.

i connect with a router, wired. all settings are within the router.

my motherboard is Gigabyte H87M-HD3

cpu i5 4670K and GTX960

i went to event viewer and i found the related event to that problem:

Source is LMS,event ID is 2001. Qualifiers 32768. FAILED TO BIND LOCALHOST.

i know for sure that this is the event because the date and time is exactly the same when i powered up my pc after shutdown. and that event never happened before all the way to 2014. now each restart it shows that LMS event.

When i go to services,i see that the Network List Service is stopped and when i try to start it,it gives me the same error about the dependency.

You have set the IP manually in the 10.0 range it's normal to set it to get IP from dhcp so it's the correct one

Look all i want to know is how to fix the network list service. the internet works fine.

it does not work because it depends on other service which is removed/not working. however i check the services its depends on and they all running. So thats why i am stuck.

I tried removing the dependency from regedit and then it worked but got no info about my connection, still red X.

so i backed it up and returned the registry.
