Occasional BSOD on Boot

Any chance someone could take a look at the MEMORY.DMP file (zipped as MEMORY.ZIP) which can be downloaded here
(47MB) - I will leave it there until this is resolved, or until 31 Jan 2010.
I originally bought the system with Vista installed just over a year ago.
I 'downgraded' to XP and have had no problems with system.

I just re-built with Win7 / XP dual boot - XP no problems.
But Win 7 occasionally BSODs on Boot - but will immediately reboot clean.
I use the PC every day and have had a BSOD twice in 2 months.

I figure its possibly a driver timing out, and if I knew which I could search for an alternative.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Looks like video drivers to me. Please replace the current one's with new one's downloaded from the nVidia website.

Also, please update these older drivers in case they are causing issues. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager - go the the support website of the manufacturer of the device/program to download the latest version:

ZigZAg - clicking on 'here' downloads the file - at least it works for me.
The URL is http://www.telfordsteamrailway.co.uk/forms/MEMORY.zip

Usasma - The drivers loaded are the ones supplied by HP for Vista, I tried the ones from nVidia when I first set up W7, they BSOD'd on install and I had to do a recovery boot, thats why they arent loaded - however I will check to see if there is a 'newer' version than the one I tried in October.
What are the other drivers you list?
seehcri.sys is Sony Ericsson Phone App - their website claims it is Win7 compat.
I see in another post usasma suggest the 'sa' drivers are Sonic CD/DVD burning software - I dont have that software. - AH- HA - Sonic = Roxio - yes I have that - but it claims to be the latest, up to date version.
Could these be old 'left-overs' that can be removed??

The updating of drivers is requested because those drivers are older.
That means that they are more likely to have problems - but not that we've identified any problems with them.
