other language(chinese traditional big5) install on english windows 7

hello all,, recently i installed windows 7 on my system,,but i want to install a chinese progam on my windows 7,,when the installation menu pop up..it shows all scrambed character,,,i couldn't figure out which button to click to install..

any idea how i can fix this,, a language pack or patch i can install to fix this or some sort?? any help would be great, i need this chinese program installed....thx a lot!!

It depends on what version of Windows you are using.. Language packs can only be used on Windows Ultimate, or Windows Enterprise versions....

Click on Start orb at bottom left of screen, then type WINVER in the box. Hit Enter. Tell us what version you see.
