Solved Outlook 7. email fault

W7 - M S Outlook 7 - haven't been able to send emails for the last 5 days, inbox okay deletes okay just (i think) sending is the problem - my email client is "Spark" New Zealand. Can anyone help me to get this repaired please?

You probably need to reset your account details in the Outlook set up. Contact "Spark" by phone & they should help you with how to set up your email account.

Ranger4, thanks for that but have been in contact with Spark, they won't touch MS - BUT - I've just done a system restore and eureka!! it seems to've fixed the problem. Still have my fingers crossed. I wonder if there were any faulty updates recently. Thank you once again - NZ

Thanks for getting back & glad to hear you seem to have it fixed. Spark aren't being very helpful seeing as Outlook is probably the most used email program.
