Hi there,
For the last couple of days, every time I start up Outlook 2010 and it goes to automatically Send/Receive I get a Internet Security Warning pop up which states:
It gives me the option to install certificate, should I do this? Is this safe? I'm just extra cautious as there's a story on the BBC site about some data hack from Iran that tried to control certificates for yahoo, MS and others!
Thanks!
NL
For the last couple of days, every time I start up Outlook 2010 and it goes to automatically Send/Receive I get a Internet Security Warning pop up which states:
If I click yes, everything carries on as normal, but is this OK. When I view certificate, is says it's issued to "*.pop.mail.yahoo.com", my POP3 settings are "pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk".The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
The target principal name is incorrect.
Do you want to continue using this server?
