Partition Deleted

You need this software to fix your partitions. There are other options, just I use this. I already told you, if you deleted the recovery partition your warranty is void!
I am not talking about the software warranty but the hardware and parts warranty

First of all, very smart move on your decision to switch from Vista to XP. What u need is a bootable XP install disk, with a license code. And, u need to change your bios settings to load the CD-ROM drive first before the C Drive. Then it should work.

If all else fails, take it to your local pc shop and have them do it for u.

I don't agree that switching from Vista to XP is a "smart move" IMO Vista is a much better OS

In a pig's eye! lol XP with service pack 3 was the best OS Microsoft ever made. After 10 years of updates, they finally had it perfected. Then they came out with Vista, which had more bugs than Terminix. It's size was also massive vs. XP, therefore required a much larger and faster processor, with more memory and RAM. It made even the fastest pc's slow. That's why they had to come out with Win 7, to replace it. One pc shop owner told me that he would never ever buy another pc with Vista, he had so many customers calling in with complaints and demanding refunds.

Not here to debate this! Just expressing an opinion. The OPs problem is my focus.

Check out the steps :

1. Insert the Gparted disc and create partition (of any size ? )

2. Insert XP/Vista/Seven disc and install OS.

That's it
You can make the partitions as big as you want but make sure the one for the OS is at least 30-40GB. You might even want to make one to keep your data on, that way it's safer if something goes wrong in the future.

I'll be gone for a while but if you run into problems just come back here and we will help you.

Hello again Ayan007.

Our pleasure mate, be sure to post back to let us know how things sort out.
I did everything what you both told me to do, created partition, tried to recover those deleted partitions and that succeeded too but the problem remained the same ( blue screen error).

Then I searched for it and found an interesting way to solve it, it was advised to go to BIOS and then in advanced tab and then I changed the SATA HDD to IDE and guess what ..... it worked :O ... means all this crap could be avoided if i knew it previously.

But thanks to what happened now i know how to install XP in laptop containing Vista or Seven if this error occurs.

Anyways thanks guys for your support and looking forward to helping others out here.

Adios !!
