Lets see the SATA configuration expanded, which would already be set if you'd bothered following the Troubleshooting Steps I gave you.

The solution is in one of the steps I've already given you in my posts and tutorials I posted in this thread. You only need to go back and complete them all. I will help you with anything you do not understand but there must be progress on every single step. So report back results.

I would estimate twenty specific steps in my posts and tutorials of which there is evidence you've completed two.

There is no indication you have a UEFI BIOS.

The BIOS looks OK.

Now focus on not missing a single step in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/324687-windows-7-installation-failure-overcome.html.

Remember to make the new DVD when you get to that step, and if error persists test your hard drive from HD Diagnostic or the other link I gave earlier. If your hard drive brand isn't there then use Seatools CD.

You may need to borrow a PC to make those disks or use the flash stick options given for each.
