PCI device, SM Bus Controller and two unknown devices not downloaded

Hello, whenever I go onto device manager and then into "other devices" there are 4 devices that havent had a driver downloaded. The PCI device, the SM bus Controller and two "unknown" devices. What should I do? Please tell me if you need more information about my computer, ill be happy to provide.

Select support for home.
On the next page, Enter your service tag or let it detect it.
On the next page, scroll down until you see (on the left) Get Drivers and Downloads.
Select the Analyze Now button.

After you are finished getting the drivers that you need. Uninstall all of that detection junk via the normal method of uninstalling apps in Programs and Features list.
