Physical Memory Dump ,

i bought a computer 1 month ago and every time i start the com or surf the net for fews hours it will start to have blue screen and say physical memory dump !

i followed the instrution above and do the zip file or my scan ! PLease Help me ASAP ! THANKS ALOT !

Run a RAM Test

Remove AVG and use MSE

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling
