Please help me I have a problem with open with

Please anyone can tell me what can I do to fix this problem. Every time I will open any application with my windows 7 I need to download it and it always say open with and aside from that all the icons where change into an ie logo that is inside a paper, even in my taskbar menu the shortcut in there is also the logo of ie .instead of the logo of the application

Thank you for your reply, but I dont know how to do it aside from the fact that I dont know the file extensn for each program that is affected by the problem. Also there is a lot of programs that are affected so it will take so much time to do it.
Is there any other way that I can do to fix all the problems at once?
