my question is

im trying to instal a display driver.
when i'm try to install manualy by device mangaer,it says "the best driver for your device already installed"

so i tried these

-uninstall display adapter and tried to install(but driver called WDDI 1.1 won't uninstall)

-Tried to install from exe

-tried to install manualy by HAVE A DISK method

so you can see nothing help.if you guys know any suggestions please tell

Hi Himan,
It is saying that the "Best Driver is already installed" that means the driver you are installing is an old version of the driver already installed on computer. So, no need to install new drive. You can reinstall the Driver that already exist in computer system.

no sir my current driver version is 8.15.10.2858

im trying to install is

8.15.10.2993 modded driver

i sucssefuly installed it to my friends pc.he using windows 7.mine is 8.is that the case??

also i got 2 drivers on my pc

1.dell official driver which is 8.15.10.2104
2.windows 8 64bit update 8.15.10.2858

Yes you will need a Win 8 driver. stay with the Dell driver, laptops have special ones.

is win 8 driver 8.15.10.2858 better than latest one which is 8.15.10.2993 driver.why is that it won't install?

I have no idea if it is "better", but if it is modded it may be corrupt and not work in Win 8. Use only drivers from Dell.

could it be the 8.15.10.2993 driver is the latest one for windows 7 & 8.15.10.2858 windows 8 update is the latest one for win 8.so that's the reason? i'm confuced

I have no idea. I don't know the source of you driver or what condition your laptop is in or what else you may have done to it. I would advise you not to mess with any modded drivers no matter what other people may do or say. They will likely cause you a lot more trouble that trying to squeeze a bit more gaming power.
