Popup across Homegroup

Hey, I am wondering How do I create a popup across computer1 user on my homegroup? I know that there was a way to do so with XP, but I'm wondering if it's still there for win7

Are you referring to using "Net send" to send a message to other networked computers?
It was removed from Vista and 7.

some versions of 7 have MSG.EXE, which works similarity.
MSG.EXE replaces Net Send in Windows Vista
