Powers off at Starting Windows then restarts

Hi all
Have just upgraded 2 in the house with the same components (i5-760, GA-P55-USB3, 4Gb G.Skill RAM and WD Caviar Green 2TB HDD) with the only differences between the PCs being PSU, Video Card, Case and Optical Drives.
Installed Win7 Home Premium on the other one without a hitch and is running well.
I did have Win7 Ultimate running on the old Hardware before the upgrade without a problem.
Got to installing Win7 Ultimate on mine and after the 1st reboot when it got to the Starting Windows and the coloured orbs the PC just shuts down (completely no power to the PC) then after a few seconds it starts again.
I did finally get it loaded after many tries and after some trial and error disabling all Services I found enabling all Services except for Application Experience it would reboot ok but I then downloaded all the Windows Updates and after the reboot it was back to shutting down at Starting Windows.
I tried removing the Sound Card, Optical Drives and anything else plugged into the Motherboard that wasnt needed but it was still the same. Tried a different Video Card as well but that didnt help either.
I can boot into Safe Mode without a problem so I am fairly sure something with my new hardware is conflicting with Windows but I just dont know what.
Have done Memtest with no problems found and have started installing Windows Updates 1 by 1 to find which one crashes the PC. Have run Startup Repair over and over which says it found a problem but cant fix it automatically.
Any help would be fantastic as I cant have a PC that as soon as you install something it wont reboot.
Let my know if you need any logs etc to help you.

Quick update
After searching the internet for a solution I have tried changing my PSU and the system now seems more stable.
Have sent a Support request to Gigabyte as the Motherboard and PSU are both from them.
Would still like it if someone can still look at the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 info to see if there is something else causing the problem

If your system ever crashes again, attach the crash dumps and start out by removing Avast to replace it with MSE.
