Have scanned it Microsoft Security Essential, that’s what she has in machine found a few bugs deleted them

Have reset internet explorer and have tried this fix below and its still the same !!!

. In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
. Hit Enter Key
. Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet. If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
. Click Start
. Click Run
. Type cmd
. Click Ok
. In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset
. Hit Enter Key
. Restart Computer

Have also tried to install malware bytes but it won’t install have also tried to install Avast and various other software to scan laptop but during the install get This message

Hey there! You must run a scan of Malwarebytes. If it gives you that error make sure .NET Framework is installed.

If you can sneaker-net a copy of tweaking.com's Windows Repairs (All in One); Safe Mode with Networking boot Auntie's laptop, install & run with default accepted, add items 26 & 27, restart a couple of times --- you might be pleasantly surprised, or, back to the drawing boards.
