I have a HP Pavilion a1320in PC and have a Realtek AL883 chip. Originally Windows XP MCE was installed on my computer.
Whenever I used to install the Realtek driver after formatting the PC it used to ask for Microsoft UAA Bus Driver. Since it was easily available, there was no problem. But I am thinking to clean install Windows 7 Ultimate on my PC and wondering if Microsoft UAA Bus Driver is still required for the latest audio driver from Realtek.
I cannot find the UAA Bus Driver for Windows 7 anywhere on the net for download.
Please Help!

Windows 7 should download the basic drivers via update. Just make sure you download your LAN driver so you are able to get online. I usually save the drivers and DriveStore folders on a removal media (flash stick) prior to installation. If you need the newest drivers you can visit HP's support page to get up-to-date drivers for your machine.

Good luck and "drive" safely.

My PC originally ran Windows XP MCE 2005. The HP Support site for this product lists drivers only for Windows XP. But I want to install Windows 7 in it. I know that some people have done it on the same PC and need help finding some drivers.

I don't know if it will be required but you can always try,
