Hi,
I've got a problem with my wifi. I've move on in a new flat with roommates and they're using a WEP Key for their internet connection. And that's the problem because windows doesn't even ask me to enter the key there is just an error message. I've tried to create manually the connection but it didn't work too. I've found a lot of solution on the internet but none of them worked !
What can i do ? thanks for your answer !

Hi JoelAugier and welcome

There are many possibilities. They may be using IPv4 and you IPv6, they Homegroup and you workgroup, etc

Can you ask them either not to use encryption, or use a different one?

We need a lot more information to help you so ask them. We need to know what OS they are using, etc.
