I'm having an issue with a program not displaying properly on a client's computer. For some reason, the right side of the program is cut off and I can't figure out for the life of me what would be causing it. They are running Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit. It's not a resolution issue and the window being maximized or stretched doesn't change anything, the right side is still cut off (exit, clear, and adjudicate buttons not showing). The attached screenshot can provide a better explanation of the problem. The first is the properly displayed program, while the second is the client's cut off program. The only thing I really noticed was that the font size (see DOB, DOS, etc.) on the client's program is much bigger, so I'm wondering if that is what is causing the program to display improperly. Any thoughts or ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Seven Forums ajdsosol. You likely have identified the problem already, font size. If the program UI is unable to stretch to accommodate the larger fonts, this can occur. DPI settings can also affect certain programs. I'd confirm a default 100% DPI setting 1st, and try that if it is set higher. Many well written programs can change to deal with font size and DPI settings.

In searching there is also a possibility larger fonts were installed. Look at the reply from Ian Atkin, 1st answer under 3 answers. Check that the names of the fonts are SSERIFE.FON, SERIFE.FON, and COURE.FON (as mine were already on my system)
