Problem with samsung m2 external 1 tb portable hard drive

I have made an partition and within the partition i have made another one with secret zone. After i conected the hhd on my smart tv, i have updated the tv but then my hhd become unreadable both by tv and pc! What should i do? Please help! I have many school documents and family pictures in the secret zone partition! What should I do? Many thanks for support!
