Problem with the system recovery screen.

So im really sorry for my grammar and if i am putting this in wrong section,So i had a startup infinite loop problem i can fix it and i know how to fix it but when im pressing f8 goi g to repair my computer everything loads up and asks only for language then i see restart shdwn buttons and only one option startup repair option it doesnt ask for password of my user nstuff it just right away from the language goes on the recovery options and shows only one,Please help me im trying to put screenshot in here P.S Im from my phone i need help within 2-3 days pls gonna be very thankful because i need to give this pc back to my friend

The reason that it didn't ask for your user password is that your PC only has one user account, or it doesn't have options that requires further modification. Just proceed going to Startup Repair and let it check your PC for several minutes.

Doesnt change anything like it was it stayed its showing that setup is starting and restarting all the tome and the f8 has the same problem
